Foreign Body Obstruction In Dogs and Cats Vet Bucks County

If you think your dog or cat may have eaten something that could cause a G.I obstruction, it is very important to schedule an appointment with your veterinarian right away. Your veterinarian will obtain a history and it is very important to mention if you think your pet ate something they shouldn’t have, and what that object or thing is. Your veterinarian will then perform a thorough physical examination, and when possible, attempt to feel your pet’s G.I tract from the outside, attempting to palpate for any Foreign Objects.
